We want you to feel confident from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your door. Here is how shipping works.

Shipping locations and costs

We offer free shipping on every order, worldwide. No minimum.

Processing time (1 to 3 business days)

Once your order is placed we confirm the details, inspect the pair and pack it for transit. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time (5 to 12 business days)

After dispatch your order travels tracked, door to door. Delivery times can vary with location, seasonal volume, customs processing or carrier delays.

Order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on the way. You can also check your shipment on our Order Tracking page. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours after dispatch to appear.

Duties and taxes

Prices include all applicable taxes. Where import duties apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery notes

Orders may arrive in separate shipments if they contain multiple items.
If your order is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please check with household members or neighbours first, then contact us and we will help.
